You went as Snow White for Halloween.  At first you really really didn't want to.  You wanted to go as Princess Sophia.  I lied and told you that the "Princess Sofia" (generic, random maker) dress you wanted to wear was dirty.  You understood that and put on the Snow White dress.  From there you LOVED trick-or-treating.  You and your brother had a system - you both walked up the steps and once he rang the doorbell you shouted "Happy Halloweeeeeeen!"  I reminded you that you had to wait til someone opened the door.  You then yelled, "Trick or treeeat!"  When they did finally open the door you didn't say a word.  I reminded you what to say, so then you quietly said, "twick o tweet".  When you got your candy you so politely said (without having to be reminded most of the time) "Thank you.  Happy Halloween!"  You then came back down the stairs without my help.  You absolutely loved Halloween!  The three of us walked through the streets singing songs, holding hands - just a wonderful, wonderful night.  I asked you what you want to be next year and you said, "Snow White again!!"  Take that Princess Sofia...

You were sitting on the couch and then all of a sudden started crying, "Mommy, I have pins and noodles!  I have pins and noodles!"  It took me a second to realize you meant needles. :)
